1. About these terms

Effective date: 6 October 2026. These terms apply to navigum.online and purchases from Navigum SL. They do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

3. Accounts and responsible use

Provide accurate information, protect credentials and use only details you are authorised to use. You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract or have appropriate authorisation. Our Acceptable Use Policy also applies.

4. Products and availability

Product descriptions, available stock and options appear on product pages. Screen colours may differ from physical items. Personalisation is available only when expressly offered as an ordering option. Clearly labelled sample reviews are illustrative, not verified customer endorsements.

5. Prices and currencies

EUR is our base and order currency. USD, GBP and PLN are indicative display conversions; payment providers may apply their own rates and fees. Retail prices include applicable VAT. Delivery charges depend on the selected country and service; discounts depend on eligibility. Check the final order details before proceeding.

6. Order requests and payment

Submitting an order request does not itself mean payment has been taken or the order accepted. An acknowledgement is not a payment confirmation. Checkout identifies unavailable payment services. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we explain available options and refund any payment due; substitutions require your agreement.

7. Delivery

Delivery fees and estimates depend on destination and service. Estimates are not guarantees unless expressly agreed. Provide a complete address and contact us about delays or damage. Risk passes to a consumer upon receipt by them or their nominated recipient, subject to applicable law.

8. Withdrawal, returns and faulty goods

Eligible EU distance purchases normally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal period. Exceptions may apply to genuinely personalised goods and certain unsealed hygiene items. Faulty or misdescribed goods retain statutory remedies. Our Refund Policy and Returns page describe the process and additional store terms.

9. Intellectual property and availability

Branding, photography and original content are protected by applicable rights. Personal shopping does not grant permission for commercial reuse. We take reasonable steps to maintain the store but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

10. Liability, disputes and updates

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Spanish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence or lawful access to courts. Contact us to resolve complaints. Updated terms apply prospectively and do not alter accepted orders without lawful grounds or agreement.
